General My guinea pig sheds?

Do all guinea pig shed? I had mine for some time but this is my first one just chechking

I'm not sure if all guinea pigs shed, but I know mine does a little bit and my friend's white one does a lot.

I've noticed that the guinea pigs with colicke fur shed way more than the ones with straight hair. I have two colicke pigs and after I'm done holdong them there is ALWAYS hair on my shirt!. My other pig (American) sheds but not as often/much.

I's normal. Both my Peruvian & slightly long haired abby sheds insanely much. I use fleece & see just how much they do shed through my lint roller. The ony time I wish I had pure skinny pigs.

If I had the chance to brush my pigs from the beginning I would, unfortunately they panic at the sight of a brush no matter how much we practice. A tangle teezer is amazing however.
