I'm so excited. My new piggie, Pippin, the nine week old boar who I rescued just this Saturday just wheeked for me! I was going downstairs, giving them their before bed snack that consists of romaine lettuce, spinach, cilantro, and asparagus, and I started rustling the Spinach bag. He started wheeking and he stuck his tiny head out of the pigloo and looked at me, I'm so happy! This is the first time he's really sounded happy, because when I pet him all he does is act scared and burrow himself into the towels. I think he purrs a little, but he hasn't really been loud until now. YAY!

Congrats! He is finaly coming out of his shell.

Thanks. He's such a cutie when he actually shows himself. He's been so scared, but hopefully he'll get better when I introduce him to Cocoa. They had to separate him from his father for me to take him home, and even though they said they weren't really 'bonded', I still think he's a little sad to be alone.

Awwww! =D CONGRATS!

Aw, that's cute! My foster boar just purrs, especially when all my other pigs squeak. He has never been with another pig, and he has to be at least a year old. He dosen't squeak yet, just purrs.
