Holy cow! I have been a member here since DECEMBER and haven't posted any Pigtures?

Well, here you go!

I will have to take some more of Big Sis'. She blends in with the Fleece.

It is a pre-fab store bought PlayPen. I got it before I remembered I could get another box of grids for way cheaper and I could make a pen 10x as big. It is made out of the same stuff as grids and connectors, but instead of squares, the bars are straight across.

I was trying to pass it off as floor time, but I since have realized that it doesn't count if you aren't playing with them.

I think I may end up moving it behind the Piggy Train Station, (see the 4th pic, just behind that) because I have no room at my desk which you cannot see in the picture. Well, I don't have much room in the...... room....... Haha!

I will get some more Big Sis' Pigtures tomorrow.

It doesn't? When we are able to get our piggies, I will be cleaning the cage once a week. While that's happening, the piggies will be getting the run of the room. I won't be able to play with them since I'll be cleaning, but I'm sure they'll enjoy it just as much. I would count that as floor time.

By the way- I'm not saying piggies get floor time only once a week. Piggies will get as much floor time, lap time, outdoor time as I can give them.

I don't think you have to play with them to make it official floor time. I usually set up toys, tunnels, etc. in each of the play pens and let Borat and Amy make their own fun. Sometimes hubby and I take them upstairs and sit on either end of the hall and interact with them while they move around between us (individually...don't want no baby pigs!), but it's usually on their own in the pens.

I see lap time as more of the interaction time. They both get at least one, and usually two or three, lap time sessions per day and one floor time session of 2-3 hours.

Where did you find the blue tube? I can't find anything like that around here, unless I'm not looking in the right places. I think your cage is great, and piggies are very pretty. Do you use the sofa? Maybe you could put the paypen on top of the sofa for more space?

The blue tube in the cage or the one connecting the pen and the cage?

If the one in the cage: I got it at a pet store.

If the one connecting the 2 cages: Pet store, too..... Haha!

1: I don't keep them in my room, that is a spare room dedicated the the Piggies. It is also my office with my Computer and Printer.

2: Yes, I plied a hole into the grid.

3: Yes, it is. Please don't buy it though-- Just get a box of grids. It is cheaper and you can make it way bigger.

Also, I have since swapped ramps. I made another ramp out of grids. I can post some more Pigtures of the new one if you want me to.
