My friend taught me this genius idea! At the end of the school semester/year, do you have anything to do with all those boring homework sheets? Don't you wish you could use them cleverly and get back at those mean teachers for giving it to you? Now you can, using your precious piggy!
Items you will need:

Paper shredder and/or scissors (Note: if you use scissors, it could take a long time, and no one has that time anymore, right?)

Paper that you strongly dislike... or... just regular paper

Now, this is what you have to do... this is also the fun part!!! Grab those pieces of lame homework, bills, ect. and shred them! That's right, shred those babies! Bring them pain while evilly laughing and rubbing your hands together to dramatic music. Once you shredded those dreadful papers, use them for bedding! Watch your piggy pee/poo on your bills/homework/ect.! It will last you forever and costs almost nothing! Please share this money saving bedding with your piggy loving friends! Send me pigtures of your bedding!

I tried shredded paper in our guinea pig's kitchen and I didn't care for it. It didn't really absorb the urine which resulted in large, soaking wet clumps of paper stuck to the bottom of the coroplast that required scraping and scrubbing. Even with twice daily spot cleaning it didn't stay in reasonable shape. Other people may have better results but I prefer something that requires less maintenance :).

Paper doesn't really absorb. Unless you're changing it everyday, it'll do more harm than good.

Only reason I'll ever use it now is to give my pigs a fun burrowing time. Never as bedding.

I had a picture, somewhere, of Mr. Whistles burrowing in a bunch of paper bedding. Trying to find it....

I don't care whether or not it's feasible it was still hilarious to read :D
