Mixing boys together

I have had 2 boy gpigs (brothers) for nearly a year now, and was wondering if it is possible to mix them with two more boy gpigs, also brothers together? Or will this cause problems?

It's possible for it to work. A lot of it depends on your way of introduction and ample cage space.

Please be sure to quarantine for 3 weeks before introducing.

boys should not be put together at all they might fight each other if u have had sucess with 2 and had them for over a year i would not advise put any other males with them

Trying to help

My best friend has a Guinea Pig. I asked her about that question, her brother says that if you make friends with Guinea Pigs they sometimes go a bit to close with them. Example: Like my friend says if you had a friend who had a guinea pig and they both get along, if one of them leaves or dies they tend to get very lonely and will want to kill itself because they may feel they have no will to live. Well at least thats what her brother researched about it.
