I wouldn't fight him. Fighting him just shows him that he is successfully annoying you. If you fight him, he will still continue picking on you, but my up his game, which is NOT the goal. Go speak to a teacher, principal, counselor, or even your parent. Stand up for yourself, but don't take it in your hands to beat him up, you're just stooping to his level. The fact that you haven't done this yet proves you are much more mature than he is, so just don't go there. Hope I helped :)

Why try not fighting him? Kill him with kindness. they eventually go insane and shrivel up into little balls. Just ignore him and he'll fade away. Don't stoop to his level by fighting him. What if you lose?Or get in trouble?????

Are you seriously considering fighting someone over a little bit of something spilled on you? Let it go. There are bigger things to worry about.

Very few girls can win a fight against a boy. That said as a parent, if any of my sons started a fight, their lives were hell for quite a while( no computer, no phone ). The fact you did nothing when he poured the brew on you and are now planning an attack, you are starting the fight, not defending yourself. You need to decide if you are willing to be labeled the trouble maker at school when you start the fight and willing to deal with any trouble you may get in. Annoying people is just that annoying, not worth fighting over.

I agree with what everyone's said so far-- the best way to "fight" him is to NOT fight him, but instead go to an authority who can actually discipline him. If you fight him on Monday, you are the one who is likely to get in trouble for initiating the fight, and that won't help you or anyone else. Also, kids who annoy others are often doing so because they want attention, and fighting him will only reward his efforts.

As far as I'm concerned, the only legitimate reason to fight anyone is self-defense. Spilling stuff on you is rude, but it's not even close to justifying physical assault as retaliation.

Let a teacher of counselor know what he's been doing and let them handle it.

If you're on school property, self defense will probably even get you suspended. Best thing to do is notify teachers, counselors or someone in administration so they can watch and catch the bully in the act.

Obviously avoidance is the best option, but not one that's always available. And you're right about both parties probably getting in trouble unless there's a teacher witnessing it, although OP being a girl works in her favor there. When I was in high school, I saw plenty of girls starting violent fights with guys, and the guys would always end up in handcuffs by our school police officer if they so much as blocked a girl's blows in self-defense. The only times I've seen a girl get punished for fighting was girl-on-girl fights, but even then it was usually just an in-school lunchtime detention or something.

As the OP's issue has been resolved, there's no reason to keep this thread going.
