When we move, I am possibly looking to creating an outdoor environment for our two piggies. I will keep close watch on them at all times to make sure no harm comes to them, and will always keep them inside, never would I have a guinea pig live outside. Anyways, with that said, how can I make sure the grass would be safe for them? I have a dog, Gangster, and I don't want her urinating in the area I would have the guinea pigs in a fenced off area, what could I do to prevent that? We don't use any fertilizer or lawn treatments, so that won't be a problem, anything else I should look out for?

You can keep a fence over one area of the yard that you know the dog doesn't go in. Otherwise, just check for any plants other than grass being in the yard, and pluck them if they are unsafe. Good luck moving! How are you transporting them?

I'd probably just be carrying them, why?
