Winnie failed to abide by forum rules despite multiple requests and warning by the moderators on the board. He got rude and insulted a moderator in the chat room and started swearing on the board. That's why he was banned.

Oooooh. Thanks. But why the heck (sorry) would you try to insult a moderator??? They are only trying to keep things under control.
