Now that I have fleece as my bedding, I can't have the pigs pooping on the fleece cause it's a big pain. How can I litter train my pigs?

Your piggies will continue to poop on the fleece no matter what. My piggies are completely litter trained but they still poop all over the place, although the majority is in their litters.
First you should put their litter (s) in the corner or corners that they use most. The put all the poops that you find into their litters.
I personally did not wash their litters when I cleaned their cage. I would just put fresh bedding in it and then it would be the only thing in the cage that still smelt, so they automatically went there. One of my pigs was trained in a day. Another one took over 3 months, so you must have patience and don't expect perfection, they cannot really control their poops as much as their pee.

I gave up. The fleece looked great at first, but it got stinky pretty quickly, and I found myself cleaning up poops all day long. Switched to good ol' cheap aspen.

My pigs are now taking turns sleeping in the litter pan... Probably because they've pooped in their huts. *Sigh* I'll never understand...

We are using aspen right now and I was thinking of switching to fleece but if it's that much of a pain to clean up them maybe I'll just stick it out with the aspen.

I don't find that fleece is hard to clean at all. There are poops all over it, but you just can't let them bother you. I spot clean twice a day, Once when I get up and once before I go to bed. If it gets extremely messy during the day, I will clean it also, but I rarely have to. It is really easy to change when I completely change the cage. I just take one fleece out, replace the puppy pads, then put a new fleece in.

Just get a litter pan and put their poops in it everytime they go to the bathroom, then they will soon learn. I also use a plastic spoon to poop scoop every day, I have fleece too.

Litter pans are more for urinary training and not poo training.

I found that a shoe box lid with some newspapers in it works so far. So easy to clean.
