litter pans

I would like to litter traing my guinea pig and i know how but when i went to the store to get the litter pan i noticed that the ones markes for guinea pigs were huge! I was wondering what size other people. Also, does anyone else use something besides a store bought litter pan? Thank You!

I use 2 seed trays bought from my local garden center-each are about 14"x10"- one has drainage holes and the other doesn't. The one with the holes sits inside the other, and allows the pee to drain into the one below so it doesn't get messy in there. Works really well.
