Hay KMS Hayloft shipping

My piggies love KMS hayloft hay and we've ordered big boxes of hay and pellets from there several times and we have never been disappointed. Last night, we went on to order another big box of hay. When we got to the checkout, it said that there were no shipping methods available. Previously, there were no problems with shipping except that it was a little pricey. We do live on the East coast, so the hay does have to ship a long way. Has anyone else on the East coast experienced this problem and is there any way around it? If not, does anyone have any good recommendations of places to buy good quality hay in bulk.

I buy Small Pet Select hay, you can order it on their website or on Amazon.com. Mine love KMS pellets, so I order their pellets from there. If you email KMS customer service they may be able to tel you when shipping will resume.
