Kiln dried white pine, northeastern Aspen

How do you find Kiln Dried white pine? Are there any brands that are safer then other brands? I've heard about Northeastern Aspen brand of shavings and litter. Does anyone know where to purchase this product? I live in California, in Northridge. Thanks for any advice.
