Is this a sign of a urinary track infection?

Do you know the signs of a urinary track infection :'-(

Ruthie was hopping and then bending in half and when she went to the bathroom there was a not as loud as i want food squeak but sort of like a quieter one :'-(


She isn't doing it anymore but she was a few minutes ago :'(
 
Yes, if you hear any whimpering or grunting or light wheeking when they are urinating or trying to poo, take your pig to the vet. Don't wait. They don't necessarily do it every time. That's a good catch, so now you need to act on it.
 
It could also mean the presence of bladder sludge or stones or even ovarian or uterine problems if your sow isn't already spayed.

All these require veterinary assistance.
