Is this a good list for cavy care?

Daily
* Floor time with guinea pigs.
* Change the water.
* Clean the food bowls and remove any uneaten food.
* Check the bedding for poop.
* Give it a health check.
Weekly
* Give the cage a thorough clean.
* Clean the water bottle.
* Clean out all bowls.
Monthly
* Give the guinea pigs a bath.
Occasional
* Hold the guinea pigs.
* Brush the guinea pigs - a good opportunity to check his health.
* Clip nails.

Holding should be in the daily list once they are used to you! :)

I think also holding should be in the daily list along with cleaning water bowls, they can gather grime and need to be washed daily. I don't really see the point in washing food bowls but not water ones. Just a suggestion :)

There should be weekly health checks. Check eyes,ears,teeth, weights. If you have boars you need to check their penis for gunk and their anal sacks as well. Mineral oil and q-tips will clean those areas up nicely.

Holding should be daily. I do mine before floor time every day.

I have to clean my water bottles every day. You'd be surprised how quickly debris builds up in there.

I use a bottle.

also, is this better?

* Clean the water bottle.
* Check the bedding for clusters.

Occasional
* Brush the guinea pigs.

I'm new here (so correct me if I'm wrong) but I thought bathing piggies should be more semi-annual than monthly, since bathing them too much will wash away the natural oils on their skin, and that's bad...

Guinea pigs don't really even need bathes at all. Like cats they clean themselves. The only time you should give one, is if the pig is very dirty, or sick and can't clean themselves, so don't plan a bath time, just do it as needed, or if ever needed.
