Injury Is this a cut?

Can you tell me what this is? Today I discovered that Olivia had a small shell or a cut, I think. may be made with her nails, I already cut them, but the cut grew a little more. Here is a picture, I thought of taking her to the vet but outside is two degrees below zero and I will not expose her to cold unless its an emergency. Look, is the black spot under her nose.

I'm pretty sure thats not cheilitis. Now the shell is not anymore and has only a pink small cut. I clean it all the time to not become infected. I think she will be fine.

The pictures on the link are the more extreme cases of cheilitis.

It totally looks like mouth sores to me. Mild ones often clear right up with no treatment.
