Since I got up this morning Philly has been acting a bit weird. She would vibrate and make the annoyed sound noise. I would go over to her cage and she would keep doing it and move her butt back and forth. Also sometimes we would stop and them randomly start squeaking and popcorning like she was happy. She also did a few odd jumps but it could have just been popcorning. So I'm a little concerned by the behavior as she seemed annoyed and then happy...There weren't any noises that I new of that were odd but I'm not sure. Other than that she has been normal; eating, pooping, drinking, walking around her cage. Also I'd say she's under a year old.

she could just be in heat.

one of my guinea pigs was REALLY, really in heat a few weeks ago. she was purring and making all sorts of rumbling noises. she'd follow my other pig around, poke my other pig in the nose, then popcorn away. (she did this over and over and over and over)

my girl LSP does this a lot, and turns into a bit of a predator for poor BMO, rumbling and shaking her butt in BMO's face lol she gets a lot more dominant then as well, chasing BMO out of the prime sitting spots (BMO takes it like a champ.) every couple weeks she seems to be in heat. once it was so bad she mounted BMO. LSP is around 7 months. BMO's around 4 months and I haven't seen her be in heat yet, although LSP has definitely ruined her innocence! lol
