Introductions Introducing new guinea pig

I have a boy guinea pig and he is prolly going on 3 well he had another piggy in his cage with him but he passed away about a year after having him. I adopted them both together from petsmart. Well I was thinking of geting him another buddy but I am afraid of fights. But he is in a cage that is right next two the cage my two skinny pig girl's are in..They give each other kisses through the grides that seperat them and he has never showed aggression towards them. And I have never seen Ralph fight with his old buddy sonic that passed..just an occasional mounting....I assume that was just for dominance. Should I get him another cage mate or is he just fine with his girl's in the next cage?

Tension between 2 boars might be increased because of the girls nearby. Can you have him neutered so he can be caged with the ladies?

I would see if you can nueter him and put him in the cage with the girls. He seems to get along with them. I hear that 1 boar and two sows actually quite often live well together.

I will call around and see if any vets in my town have experience with guinea pigs. Also any clue how much it cost?

Anywhere from $30 to $300 I'm going to neuter my Gibb sometime soon
