Introduced my boys last night

WooHoo!!! Everything's gone well so far.
I adopted a friend for Toffee three weeks ago. His name was/is Dudley (until I decide if I'll change it) and he's a TSW, at least part silkie - he has a few longer hairs on his outer coat. I'm buying a digicam sometime this week, so I'll hopefully have pics up soon.

Took both Dudley and Toffee to the exotics vet week before last (in separate carriers), and other than the horrible lice infestation that Dudley had hitchhiking on him, they both got a clean bill of health! I really like the vet, she gave me a lot of information that I couldn't disagree with and the emergency info from gl, so she's pretty savvy. Part and parcel of her standard exam is to clean the boys' sacs, so I escaped that chore, but I didn't get to watch her do it either :s I was hoping for the advice.

Anyway, I gave the boys floortime together in the spare room while I constructed their new 2x5, loft to be added later. They were actually pretty mellow, Toffee's been rumblestrutting more than Dudley, but he's also the spaz and Dudley's the quiet one, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I put the cage in my bedroom, and they haven't kept me awake, so I guess things are going OK!!!! I'm so happy!!!!

How long did it take for Dudley's lice infestation to go away?

Ruby, my vet treated them both with Revolution (instead of Advantage, I was mildly concerned, but it worked) and the adults were dead within 48 hrs. It's also a monthly treatment, so any new hatch should be taken care of as well. I'll be watching carefully to be sure there's no recurrence.
Went this morning and got the second pigloo (from the feed store i get my cat food from) and that seems to have helped calm the strutting
