I went into the kitchen to make the tea. I came out with a chopped up pepper. Now how did that happen? :)

hahaha that's great. And I love how when you look at them and they are begging for more you just can't resist.

"NO there's NO more cucumber. NO! I said NO. You just had one slice each ten minutes ago. NO, I say! *sigh* Only ONE slice though, ya hear me?" *G* So much for my pigs knowing what NO means. Of course they do. It means: "Yes, in a few seconds, keep wheeking, keep looking cute and it will work."

Guess who gets fed first in my house? 13 yo son, 7 yo daughter, 11 month-old daughter, dog, 4 cats, fish, chicken (in the coop, not the house), or the 2 piggies?

Actually, morning usually goes like this: son plays with baby, 6 yo feeds dog and cats, I get GP salads together while getting breakfast for baby. I put salads in GP house with a little snuggling while son puts baby in highchair. I feed baby while son gets breakfast for himself and sister. Poor fish gets fed last. (The chickens have unlimited feed/water in the coop. 6 yo goes out to get eggs and check levels after breakfast.)

The whole routine falls apart when my son spends the night with friends.

My girls are used to being fed at 6am because that's when I had to get up for school. Now it's summer. Do I get to sleep in during the summer? Never. My masters just wouldn't allow it.

It is like my piggies have trained me so well they know what I am thinking.
One day I woke up (they were in the room I was in) I didn't get up just layed there and thought should I get up and feed the piggies or just lay here? At that second Mu started wheeking.

Mu will wheek then the other 2 will run to the veggies bowl standing on the side looking up.

Mu has got me trained good!

My husband picked some cilantro from our garden last night and cupped his hands over it so the girls wouldn't smell it before he got to the kitchen. It didn't work and they made such a racket, wheeking and running around their cage. I couldn't spare any for them, but stopped making OUR dinner to get them THEIRS! (They get the next harvest of cilantro, I promise!)

Cilantro is kind like parsley. If you want a picture look on google.

Yeah cillantro is for seasoning. It looks like parsley but tends to be a lighter green and has a stronger smell with a high note. Usually cilantro is sold with the roots still attached.

Thanks! That's my girl Pumpkin. One of my daughters took that picture. Cilantro is an herb used for seasonings, especially mexican-type foods like salsas.

Ruby, you really ought to give it a try sometime, it's fabulous!

I often wonder who can stand the smell of cilantro besides Turbo and Scooter, I guess now I know. ;)
