I may adopt two new girls soon!!

This morning, one of my rescue lists had a post about a dog bust in Birmingham, AL that actually resulted in only 2 dogs. However, there were 10 guinea pigs and over 20 bunnies removed. The pigs have temporary homes right now and may go to rescues in Knoxville, TN and South Carolina if they aren't adopted. From what I know now, they are still trying to find homes locally. Starkville is closer to Birmingham than TN or SC, so hopefully something can be arranged, and I can adopt two females. Woo hoo!

I'm still waiting on word about available pigs. My biggest concern right now is adding onto my cage. I live in a small town, and I haven't been able to find cubes in quite a while. However, this weekend, I'm going home to visit family, and there's a Target there, so I should be able to find cubes. I'm calling the sign store I got the chloroplast from last time, and maybe I'll luck out again. Last time, he had a 4x8 sheet with a misprint on it, and he gave it to me for free.
