I can't veiw my friend's Profile

I can't view horserider247's profile, why is this?

I can view everyone else's except hers. Did she hit something when she was making her profile?

It's because your friend is listed as a "New Member" I have no idea why they have that title. I think they must have done something wrong when they signed up or perhaps are under 13 and need their parents' permission.
