How warm dose it have to be outside before you can take guinea pigs out?? How hot is to hot outside when they can't go outside??

"Stable temperature range of 65 to 75 degrees F (18 to 24 degrees C). 85 degrees and over and your guinea pig is likely to die from heat stroke." I got that info from here Cage Location and I would assume that the same holds true for outside time.
 
A few degrees above and below won't hurt, either.

Make sure you put them in shade and give them hideys to hide in as well.
