How to keep fleece down?

I was just curious, how do you keep the pigs from getting under the fleece and to the newspaper? And please, do not say "Look for it with search". That helps me in absolutely no way and I've tried, and it did not give me my answer.

Velcro! get those stickies at a craft store. One on the coro and one on the fleece (you might have to sew that). Actually someone on this site told me to do that.

if your makin a pad thingy with fleece and any combination of towels and absorbing stuff besides puppy pads. you could just sew it all together and make it heavier.
