how to handle cookie?

I have three male piggies and both of them like being cuddled except one, who is really shy and hates being handled! when I have floor time I allways have 2 leave him out because he just allways runs away when I try to pick him up or stroke him! help!!

Try wrapping him up in a towel on your lap and then pet him while talking to him. I dont know how long you have had your piggies. It took one of mine 3 months to enjoy lap time. I also neglected the shy one and catered to the more outgoing one in the beginning. Then I felt guilty so I forced myself to catch the shy one every day and gave her lap time whether she liked it or not. Now she loves it. I always gave lap time individually to them, not in a pair.

Do not leave him out. Continue to include him, actually give him extra attention and hopefully it will pay off.

I have 4 piggies and only 1 lets me pick them up without running away, she'll just stay there and wait for laptime, while my others run like crazy, its been a year now and they STILL run away, well you dont have to worry about yours to take a year to get used to you, mine do it because they accidentally had babies.....it was an accident!!!
