I just got home from the vet, fortunately my pig does not have UTI, or stones, he has this tiny wound in his butt. Vet said it was either caused by fighting or hay going up his butt. I've never ever seen my pigs fight, and i have seen hay some how going up there, so i guess it's the hay. He asked me to do general cleaning in his butt (perineal sack), Guinealynx said to use cotton buds and mineral oil. The only mineral oil i know is used for painiting.. I don't know where to find the right mineral oil, can i use virgin coconut oil instead?

Also, the vet prescribe antibiotics which i heard can be harmful to pigs, he said it's okay for them, but this is coming from a guy who said guinea pigs only live up to 3 years, got surprised when he knew i was housing two males, and asked me to get a new pig instead of spending so much on vet bills with my present pig. The antibiotics is called "Cotrimoxazole Kathrex 200mg/40mg per 5ml suspension" banana flavor. Anyone who's an expert in this? Kind of scared to give this to my pig.

I'm so glad! Hopefully he gets well soon :)
I don't know a great deal of antibiotics for guinea pigs. When Willy had just been desexed I was using Betadine to clean his wounds. Perhaps that is an option?

Vet said I didn't need Betadine. :)
