I never see him drink .The pet shop said that he would drink alot.But it is winter here so would he get enough moisture of the grass.

My 2 girls sometimes drink alot, from 200-400ml per day.

Some pigs don't drink much at all - especially if it's cold and if they get a lot of fresh vegetables and grass. As long as they're well hydrated (bright eyes and if you gently pinch some skin between your finger and thumb it will spring back immediately) the chances are they're getting what they need from fresh food.

If you want to boost their water intake, rinse their vegetables under the cold tap and feed them to them while wet.
