Link doesn't work for me. However, if each level is a 2x3 C&C cage then that is the preferred size for a single cavy.

I'd say one male cavy, or possibly 2 females.

One pig, no matter the gender and even then a 2x4 is preferred. The ramp also takes away from the ground space, which is what's counted.

If you have three pigs like on your avatar, at least a 2x5 or 3x3 is recommended.

The pic in the link shows a 2x3 with a 1x3 on top. You cannot house any pig in a 1x3. So I'd say you can only use the bottom cage. 2x3 is a minimum size for 2 females, a 2x4 would be better. Males will need more space than females, either a 2x4 or 2x5.

Did you know it is waaaay cheaper to make that yourself? $170 is ridiculous to pay for that, in my opinion. And you could make it bigger and get more piggies. lol

yeah i just dont no where to get the stuff to make it, and i have 3 males i will have to try and find a place to get them from

You can find cubes/grids from B&Q, as well as Correx. You can ask them to order it in if it's not available at your local store.
