One of my girls, Bean, has recently been treated for and recovered from a nasty upper respiratory infection. She's doing much better now (much more energetic, eating more, healthy poops, breathing back to normal), but she had lost a lot of weight while she was fighting it off, from around 950g all the way down to around 860g. Other than her weight, everything else seems good with her. So I guess my question is, how long will it take for her to recover all her weight now that she's (presumably) healthy again? And at what point should I begin to assume there's another cause for not putting on weight?

How old is she?

An adult guinea pig has a VERY difficult time putting weight on. The biggest reason for this is that everything they eat is low fat.

As long as her weight is stable, and she seems to be eating and drinking normally I wouldn't worry about it. She may put a little back on, and she may never gain it back. So long as she isn't consistently losing it she is likely just fine. While 90 grams is worrisome, I have had ill pigs lose MUCH more weight than that.

Glad to hear she is doing much better!

You might try supplementing her food with a little Critical Care. It has nutrients and would add some calories that may help her put on a little weight.
