URI/Upper Respiratory Infection How long does it take for a pig to recover from URI?

My guinea pig, Apollo, is only 4 and a half months old. We took him to the vet about a month ago because he showed symptoms of a URI. He would sneeze approx. 10 times a day, had a bit of crust in his eyes, and his lungs made slight clicking noises. He was never lethargic, he still had an appetite, and he was still pretty active. The vet confirmed his URI and prescribed him Baytril for 2 weeks. We gave him the medicine and I could see improvement. It's been 3 weeks since we've stopped with the Baytril but he's still sneezing (maybe 4 times a day). He's very active and he still has a big appetite. I'm just worried because I'm not really sure if he's still sick or not. Do URIs slowly die down until he's not sneezing at all or should the medicine have stopped the symptoms all together? Did he sneeze while on the Baytril?did he still have a slightly runny nose while on it?

He still still sneezed but to a lesser extent than before while taking Baytril. And he never had a runny nose.
