How do you keep her from using her accessories as a toilet?

I tried to make my friend's guinea pig a hammok (actually it worked really well, we were afraid that safety pins might poke the pigger so we used closepegs instead). The problem is that the piggy decided that the hammock was a toilet (in fact this piggy has decided that the entire cage was her toilet) even though she has a litter box. I'm kinda worried about a piggy living in her muck, which seems to add up even though the owner cleans the cage every week.

I was wondering if you guyz have any ideas on how to minimize either poop production, train the pig to the litter box or how to make a hammock, loft etc. that's invincible to urine and feces.

HAHAHA...you don't. You just hope that they wont use it that way! I wash mine every 2 or 3 days (depending on what my day off is) because they poop and pee in thier cozies and cuddle cups. Good luck tho. Oh, and I have heard that putting some hay in or next to the litter box helps. It worked for me for the most part, but the pig that is litterbox trained was my first rescue that litterally lived in her feces, so she's used to sitting in it all the time. So where she sleeps is filled with poo and pee. But she does go in the litterbox when she's awake.

my piggies like you said will poop anywhere!! the will walk and sleep in their on filth, its pretty yuck but you just have to keep it extra clean!!

You really can't train them too well at all. You can try, but there will still be the occasional poop or potty there anyhow. Minimizing poop production? You can't do that without reducing the food intake, and that's not good at all. Therefore, I think you're just going to have to be able to clean everything.
