Flags Horrible living conditions!

I dont think this is a breeder, but these piggies have horrible living conditions. Not only is the cage(he calls it a playpen they actually live in one of those "starter cages") gross but the from what I can see the house as a whole looks like a garbage dump! If anyone in the area is able to rescue these babies please do! Or try and contact animal services. He did have another add up of another piggy literally living in a hamster cage called with poo. As soon as I find the link to that one I'll post it.
