Homemade hidy houses

Has anyone ever made a hidy house for their piggers instead of buying one??

If so, how?

I thought about cutting a hole in a bigger tupperware container and tipping it upside down. Would this be ok?

Is it ok to have things made of oak in their house??

oak is fine, but regarding tupperware, please make sure your pigs also have a wooden hidey house or ramp or something to chew on as well. They need the wood to chew on.
