Help Me Please

I am new to this and would really like to post a picture of my guinea pig house in the Photo Gallery but I have looking for the last 20 mins and I cannot for the life of me see how to upload a picture.

Please could someone help, I realise I am probable being thick.

1. click on photo galkeries
2. click upload photos
3. browse for the file
4. then click upload/submit
