You need to take him to a vet immediately. If he is not walking he is obviously injured and most likely in a lot of pain. Go to the vet.

There are no emergency vets here. Only daytime, I would have to wait until tomorrow. They are open on Sunday. He is making a weird grumbling noise.

The story is that they were on a towel on my bed and one of the two peed off the side of the towel so I tried to remove the comforter out from under the towel and the guinea pig ran and tried to stop himself but couldn't and I tried to save him but he hit a bin and then landed upside down. I am very worried. He is under a year old

He is now biting at the hind legs. I hope he can pull through until tomorrow morning.

Where are you located? There are emergency vets almost everywhere.

I will try to get him an x-Ray at the vets to see if it's spinal. Hopefully it's just bruising and he will gain his mobility back. The noise and biting stopped, maybe he was frightened and that caused the noise. What should I do for the night, what kind of special care? They have to jump to get to their kitchen so I already moved him in there and he does drag himself around to eat hay, pellets, and drink water.

I don't think he's gonna make it, he coughed, he is standing still on his front legs and his head twitches every few minutes,
he is making a funny squeaking noise now, but it is very low.

Call all the vets in your town. I bet one of them has emergency hours. Just call and see if anyone answers. If not try the closest town to you with a vet. If he broke something he is in agony. Can you imagine breaking your leg and waiting 8 or more hours to get help? If it turns out there really, honestly isn't a vet with emergency hours then that's one thing but at least call around and check.

Make sure he is warm enough and food and water are within reach so he doesn't have to drag himself. Also if you have any Metacam on hand that will help with pain.

And I hope you are able to find an emergency vet and that he recovers!

I'm not a vet but it sounds kind of like he's going into shock from the pain. Try to keep him as warm as possible. Hopefully the vet can help you!

Guinea pig spines are fragile, he may be dragging his back legs due to spine damage as he landed on his back. Things like this tend to get worse and less treatable the longer you leave them so vet ASAP.

EDIT to add: Make sure whenever you have your pigs loose, they are either on the floor or if they're on a raised surface, fenced in. Leaving them loose on a raised surface is asking for trouble.
