Are there any good hay companies near Pennsylvania? It seems that the s&h is ridiculous from all the suggested companies. Id have to pay 11 dollars shipping when the $10 bag of cavy cuisine and ther's no way i can get my mom to pay 20 bucks for food. The hay cost 15 dollars for 9lbs i think and i just dont have that much money any help would be GREAT!

There is (broken link removed) hay. For Cavy Cuisine, check (broken link removed), (broken link removed), (broken link removed), and you can check (broken link removed). Good luck!

lol the pacific northwest is quite far away.

Whoops, I put the wrong site. I meant to put (broken link removed) hay, sorry!

The shipping is still 10 dollars. I can get oxbow from a local petstore but it sell animals and no good foods(plain timothy or alfafla).

Call around to local feed stores and farms. You can get 50lb bales for about $3-$5

Jeez im full of excuses but i just dont have enough room for that? And would i just look them up in the phone book or something?

You can keep a 50lb bale in a garage, or brake it into flakes and keep them in big card board boxes, or rubber maid bins. They measure approximately 3' long x 1 1/2- 2' wide

i live in a two bedroom apartment i might be able to keep it under the cage. but at the moment its still on the floor.

Just get a smaller bale, then. I'm sure they can break it up for you.
