has any body else got problems with impaction with their male piggies

my boar oscar has impaction and i was just wondering how other people help their pigs with the problem.. and does it get better. at one point oscar was getting better with having only a bit of poo in his sack, now its a bit more poo and he doesnt let me sit him agaisnt my stomach no more. he usually let me sit him up on my lap and he would hold my finger lol and id feel him clinch when i clean his bum lol he doesnt make much noises and he has cataracts i think and i think he is deaf as well .... he is 5 so hes getting on now..
