Cleaning hand vac

Need suggestions for a good hand vac for spot cleaning of cage everyday....I use fleece. And if its offordable, that would be great..min 60 dollars.....

At Bed Bath and Beyond there is the Dirt Devil Vacuum which is a small vacuum that can also turn into a hand held vacuum but it's $70 dollars :/. It's a good vacuum though and easy to dispose the waste when done!
