Hammock or a bed?

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what I could use to make a hammock for my piggy. I want to make something for him thats soft and off the floor so he wont pee and poop in it, and also so he doesn't sleep in place he uses as a bathroom. Anyone have any ideas what I can do?

I made the Futon before and omg they loved it till they got fat and 3 of them laid on it and bent it lol. .Yea kathys got some really good ideas.Im really thinking about making a hidey house from a sand pale.

(hint) ice cream pails work great for hidey houses as well, and those new fridge mate things that soda comes in are wonderfull tunnels!

Aha! I knew those ice cream buckets I've saved all my life... um, forget that's just 15 years... would be good for something! Thanks for the cool idea. I feel dumb because I didn't think of that yet. =) Anyways, back to the main subject, the hammocks. They're awesome! You can make them out of anything and they're easy to clean.

They love to have hammocks or beds or tubes but there are no guarantees that they won't poop or pee there too. They are poop-machines!

I made both the hamac and futon, the only problem is they go under them instead of on ? help please!

I made a hammock, grid tunnel, and a sleeping bag for Porky. He LOVES the sleeping bag! I had to make another because he paces around while it is in the wash! (He keeps peeing in it) He could care less about the tunnel and hammock.

Love the hammock idea - I will definitely try that. Love that it doesn't require sewing! I made cozy for them but the don't go in it. Instead they squish it down, lay on it, and pee on it (darn). It is summer though - maybe it's too hot to go into.

Mine did the same thing! I went through all the trouble of making this nice futon and all my gp did was crawl under it! So I took it down.
