Hairless Ear?

Hi,
Our guinea pig is a little over 1 month old (according to the person who gifted it to my son). He was born with no hair on one of his ears. It is still hairless. Should I be concerned?

If he was born that way, I wouldn't worry. But if you think you need to try something, get some cold pressed virgin coconut oil and rub the ear with it a couple of a times a day. It won't hurt, and may help.
