Hair Loss Hair loss/poop stuck

So today I went to clean out the pigs and one of my girls had beige clumps of something stuck in the hair near her back end which looked like old poop. When I went to soak it off it came off with a skin flake along with all the hair and now she seems to have bald patches where the clumps where. The skin underneath is clean, dry and not scaly or scratched. She’s eating drinking and using the toilet fine. I’ve inserted a picture though the skin looks whiter because I popped some cream on it.

Yeah she has 3 girls and one male in there he’s done but he’s very interested in them all I didn’t even think of that!
