Rescues Guinea pig Secret Santa, never to early!

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to tell everyone about the guinea pig Secret Santa project. Basically, you fill a shoe box with guinea pig goodies, and give it to a piggie in a shelter or rescue, here is the link to get started https://www.facebook.com/guineapigsecretsanta
I thought this looked quite wonderful, and I think I will be doing this.

I've talked with the lady who runs this project and she is so sweet to dedicate all her time and effort into this project. I really encourage you guys to take part too!

I don't know who runs the program, [MENTION=24577]WheekingPiggies[/MENTION] probably knows. But the way it works is that you send The Guinea Pig Secret Santa project on facebook what state you are in, and how many presents you are sending. Then I think she tells you which rescue and piggie(s) you are assigned to and on a specific date you go to that rescue and see the piggies! I'd suggest sending a PM to the lady who runs Secret Santa at the Facebook page above. The lady who runs the program, Lauren, is based in the UK. I know she would be able to answer your questions. I have actually just found out about it this year, but I believe she's ran this successfully for a number of years. This year there are over 40 rescues involved and I believe there is a screening process to prove you are a legit rescue that would benefit. Again, I would contact her for more information.
