This Irates me to no end.. I do not own either one of these animals, but I thought you guys should know about it. I, myself, run a rat rescue and feel that this could very well have happened to a rat. If you'd like to voice your opinion as to getting charges pressed, please contact any or all of the following. This is in the state of Ohio, but this is not a regional issue. I think this pertains to all of us, no matter where we live. Thanks for your time.
