General Guinea Pig Question! (bottom area) pic included.

My guinea pig Jackson is turning 4 already this year! As I was cleaning his bottom since usually he gets debris down there I noticed he had very tiny white pimples on the lining of his penis lower area. He's eating just fine but I notice he is getting older and I want to know if this is anything to worry about?

I think that's normal in many species, but you do need to keep an eye on them to make sure they don't calcify and irritate him.
