I have 3 females one is new. They fight a little but nothing big. The last few days one i think my new girl is oinking like screeching almost its not the typical oink and i'm wondering is this because they are fighting or is it a good oink? My concern is somthing is wrong with her and i need some advice.

Well I have two and while I haven't watched yours or anything, mine do it when they want veggies. Specifically when they hear me in the kitchen. Are you noticing it at any time of day or anything. You could always separate her out and see if she still does it.

You might be able to find the noise on this website Guinea Pig Sounds

It is a really good site and I used it when I first got my pig because she was making a sound I had never heard before!

They do make noises when i walk by for veggies this seems to be when im in the other room and i hear it and its a different sound and then go to investigate and they all go quiet. It just is a new sound i've never heard before i'll definatly go look at that link.

Thanks for that link it is awesome. I deffinatly think it sounds like lonely pig, but she has her other 2 mates. She did just recently like last month have a mate that died then i adopted her. Does anyone have any idea why she would make the lonely sounds if she has 2 friends?

Memory is a funny thing. Maybe she smelled something or did something that reminded her of her mate.
