I am positive she has head tilt, but I can’t bring her to a vet until tomorrow. Is it bad? What can I do to make her feel better, and is it deadly?

Head tilt is not deadly. It is, however, an indication that your pig most likely has an ear infection. Please take her to the vet tomorrow for an exam and she will need antibiotics. If caught early enough and treated, the head tilt will not be permanent.

Yes, time is of the essence with an ear infection. The longer it takes before she gets antibiotics, the more the chances of the head tilt being permanent.
