My guinea pig had babies this morning and one of them is clearly the runt and he isn't lively and doesn't seem to be doing very well... I need help... is there some kind of formula i could use to help him get his strength?

You need to get some Critical Care formula into him with a syringe. I have no experience with this so I am not much help but hopefully someone with experience will post soon! In the mean time you can get some pellets and mush them in water and try to force feed him with a syringe. Make sure he keeps hydrated too. Good luck! I am praying for you!

If the baby isn't eating on it's own, you need to syringe feed it. Preferably Oxbow's Critical care, but you could also feed a pellet mash & water. You will need to feed regularly & often until the pup eats properly on it's own & gains weight, and it will be very time consuming where you might need help.
