I was looking at grids online and I found some here: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/plastic-cube-grid/203760 would these be okay to use for a C&C cage? I was just wondering. They also show below the same grids normally used in a C&C cage, and I would probably use those. For normal grids, what to the spaces have to be in order for the pigs not to get stuck or something? By spaces I mean the holes in the grids.

Do you have a local sign shop? That's where we got ours. We couldn't find a single big sheet anywhere, they all came in packs or the single sheets were way too small.

Ok thank you. I am planning on using some like that. I have one more question, but this time it's about coroplast. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Unbrande...-PACK-WC4896-10/202489118#product_description Has anyone bought this? It's a 48x96 in. sheet I need one this size, because I am making a 2x5 cage. Has anyone seen it in only one sheet instead of 10? thanks!

I've never seen that particular size sold as one. I got my coroplast at Home Depot too, but I got two of this size if I remember correctly: http://www.homedepot.com/p/COROSPLA...-in-Twinwall-Plastic-Sheet-COR-3672/202771364

The bottom of my cage is two pieces clipped together (you could tape it together too). Leftover coroplast went to the lofts and ramps. (My cage is 2X6.)

Icarus_Hermes I found another source for coroplast, but that is very helpful. Good idea using the extra coroplast for other things. That way I don't have to buy more!

PiggyG I found some online, the same size I was looking for and it was $15. I tried looking at other sign shops online, but I couldn't find anything because they want you to buy big packs of it, which I don't need.

PeanutnCookie I'd be curious what site you found it on. We will need to buy some more soon. I want to expand and add on to the cage. I think the guy in town charged us $29. Yours sounds cheaper.

What part of Northern California are you in? Tap Plastics in the SF bay area sells individual sheets of Coroplast, as does Andy's Pet Shop in San Jose. Sabic Polymershapes sells it too. Andy's Pet SHop also sells grids individually in assorted colors.
