Yesterday I went to Petsmart to buy some cat food.. And found these "Odor Eaters, Pet Bed Insert" It is this strip of fabric that has odor control... They were on sale for 99 cents, a 14inx20in. sheet. So I bought 5 of them and used them as bedding for my piggies.. They work great, and I just washed them off outside the next day, and they dried really quick... They have larger sizes 19inx29in .. Anyways I thought I should tell you guys.. They work great I am going to get some more.. They are very absorbent!! And super cheap. Better than towels or fleece..

There isn't anything wrong with using these as bedding is there?? Because I read the box and they said it wasn't toxic as long as they didn't eat them..
Edited-And my piggies don't nibble on anything they just eat hay and chew on wood sticks

I can't find any more detailed information on it than this https://www.drsfostersmith.com/prod...7&Ne=40000&R=24378&js_enabled=0&N=2001+113255 so I can't really comment. Maybe someone else will have come across them before and be able to advise on whether it's suitable for guinea pig cages where it will get peed on and need to be washed a lot.

I am going to call the number on the box and see if they know.. For now I am still using them in one cage. They work quite nice.. Just wanted to ,make sure they weren't toxic or something..
