Joy Glad, and a few questions!

My guineas are settling in really well! Merry has been popcorning all over the place today, and Pippin is rumblestrutting endlessly!
Merry almost gathered the courage to take some food from my hand, as well, today - but was startled by the phone at the last second!

Questionwise, when should I introduce floor time? The first cage cleaning will be tomorrow, but should I just have laptime while they have to be away from their home so they don't get too scared - or give them some exploring time?

Also thinking of switching to fleece. When the piggies run, bedding doesn't half go everywhere! What colours do everyones piggies like?

My girls don't care much about the color of the fleece, they just like it when it's new! Every cage cleaning is like a new home to them! Using fleece instead of traditional bedding is great! It's easier, prettier, and my pigs seem to like it better.

I'm thinking a lovely dark green, so it'll look like a lawn! How often do you clean it? And how to you get it to stay in place?
