Getting Nervous About Leaving!

K, in a few short hours I'm going to leave my girls for the weekend.
I have two lovely neighbor women who will come in Saturday and Sunday morning to check the brood. I told them that I would have a vegie plate ready and please replenish pellets and water. Not to worry about cleaning or hay I will have plenty of Timothy in the cage for a couple of days.

I find myself fretting. Like I'm leaving two infants for the first time.

Any suggestions?

I'm sure they will be just fine. I wonder if mine would even notice I was gone as long as they had food. It looks like you are well prepared. Don't worry.

I'd also have a printed instruction list just for good measure. Good that you have veggies ready to go!

I'd say don't worry, but that would make me a hypocrite. I'd probably get excessive and set up a live webcam feed of my pigs and have my nose in a laptop all day watching them.

Lol, I didn't do a cam this time but it was a very good idea.
Got home and checked on the girls first thing. They were happy and they seemed really happy to see me. Since I've been back they are less "jumpy" of me. I can pet them and they reach up on the cage to see me. Maybe's it's just me...
